The Industry Office welcomes the professionals of the film industry, offering the infrastructure and services to support and encourage business activities within the framework of the Festival.
Applicants interested in participating in the Industry Office can choose between two different types of accreditation: Industry Trade or Industry Professional.
Industry Trade accreditation allows the pass holder to use all the services offered by the Industry Office, to facilitate opportunities for meetings, support and encourage business activities, organise promotion and advertising, such as conferences and round-tables and to further the visibility of companies at the Festival.
All Industry Trade pass holders will receive the Festival catalogue and the Industry Guide with their full listings of all Industry participants. They have priority admission to all films of the Festival.
Industry Professional accreditation gives access to the Industry Lounge and Industry Club, excluding services reserved to Industry Trade pass holders. They have priority admission to all the Festival films and will receive the Industry Guide.
The Industry Guide will also be available online.
Industry pass holders have advantages and reductions in the principal hotels, restaurants and shops on the Lido.

We remind you that the penalty fee for late registration will be waived when purchasing any of the Industry Services.
Services of the Industry Office
Digital Video Library
During the 66th edition the Venice International Film Festival will for the first time provide buyers with a Digital Video Library.
Situated at the Industry Lounge, on the third floor of the Palazzo del Casinò, the Digital Video Library will increase access to films being presented.
This will be the most efficient way in which to view films and will render the best possible service for market activities: films can thus be viewed simultaneously by multiple users, information on the films will easily be accessed through an interface, and detailed user reports on who has been viewing the films will be made available to producers and distributors on the spot.
Promotion and Publicity
To promote their company at the Festival, Industry Trade participants can acquire the following services:
- Banners and posters for display at the Industry Lounge at the Palazzo del Casinò, the Hotel Excelsior and in the Industry screenings areas;
- Gadgets, brochures, diaries for distribution in the Industry bags handed out to all participants or to be placed into the Press Boxes for Buyers;
- Publicity pages to be printed in the Industry Guide;
- Organisation of conferences, round tables and promotional activities.
Meeting Opportunities
The Industry Lounge, situated on the third floor of the Palazzo del Casinò, will be open to all Industry pass holders.
Exclusively available to Industry Trade pass holders will be the information and business centre, one mailbox per company, Internet and Wi-Fi access, an open bar and meeting point.
Buyers will have access to the Press mailboxes, situated on the first floor of the Palazzo del Casinò.
The Industry Club at the Excelsior Hotel will be open to all Industry pass holders and their guests. This will be fully equipped with Internet and Wi-Fi access, an open bar, and an information desk. Spaces reserved for buyers, sellers and their guests will be made available upon request.
All Industry Trade pass holders are also entitled to organize conferences and round-tables, by sending a request to the Industry Office through the Industry Service Form.
