Giardini ... These gardens in the east of Venice have been the traditional venue for the Intl. Art Exhibition since 1895. Arsenale Since 1999, the Venice Biennale has engaged in restoration programme to create exhibition areas in some of the important buildings on the monumental east side of the Arsenale.
