In 2003, the move to the new headquarters brought the ASAC offices to the VEGA-Venice Gateway for Science and Technology in Porto Marghera, a complex owned by the City of Venice that houses economic and cultural entities committed to the field of research. ASAC’s heritage of documentation has in part moved there.
A partial opening to visitors for consultation was resumed in June 2008: Tuesday and Wednesday 9:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. by appointment. In this main office is possible to consult the following funds: Historical Fund, Photo Library, Collection of Documents, and Periodicals collection.

The ASAC is now waiting to find its definitive headquarters at the Palazzo delle Esposizioni in the Biennale Giardini. Here, the collections of the Library regarding the Visual Arts were moved in June 2009.
