Biennale Cinema  65th Venice Film Festival 
Cinema Accreditation 

 

For those who operate within the cinematographic sector under a cultural profile.

Cinema accreditation is exclusively reserved to:

 

·          University lecturers or researchers involved in teaching or researching subjects related to film;

·          Teachers of public schools teaching film studies, whose request  has to be accompanied by an  up to date documentation of the subjects taught and by a letter of the head teacher;

·          Students attending courses in the theory and history of film at Italian or foreign universities, presented by their teacher;

·          Main representatives of major national cinematographic associations;

·          Head of or close collaborator of cultural associations producing detailed evidence of their cinematographic activity;

·          Head of publishing houses specifying their interest in the field of film;

·          Head of Italian and foreign Cultural Institutes;

·          Head of public and local cultural administration.

 

Requests which do not fit into the above outlined typologies will not be taken into consideration.

 

All requests have to be complemented by detailed and up to date documentation indicating the specific relation to film by the applicant.

 

Requests which have simultaneously been sent to other registration offices asking for other typologies of accreditation (Press, Industry), will not be taken into consideration.

 

Deadline: July 5, 2008

Requests arriving after the set deadline will not be looked into.

 

Badges are issued at the full discretion of Fondazione La Biennale di Venezia, taking into account the regulations for registration and the limited number of available seats.
