The accreditation badge may be paid in advance either by credit card by accessing the Banca Sella website or upon arrival in Venice. Payment in advance will offer a preferential access to the Cinema desk.
· Payment needs to be made by and no later than August 12th 2008.
· Payment will take place in two separate steps: firstly reservation and secondly charging of the due amount.
· Both steps of payment will be communicated by Banca Sella to you via e-mail.
· Payment will only be concluded once the due amount has been charged to your account and you receive the second e-mail confirmation. Please wait for the confirmation by Banca Sella and bring this with you upon withdrawing your badge. In case you have not received the confirmation, please contact the office responsible for your accreditation typology.
· We remind you that the accreditation badge has a fiscal value. Please keep the fiscal seal on the back side of the accreditation badge for all legal administrative uses. No other fiscal invoice will be issued.
· The typology of accreditation (Press, Industry Trade, Industry Professional, Cinema) can no longer be changed once it has been paid for.
· In case of cancellation or failure to attend, there will be no refund.
· Loss of the accreditation badge needs to be reported to the local police. The badge will be replaced according to the accreditation office schedule and against a new payment.
