“Venezia News” and “Film Tv” to get the latest on the Festival

Two official Dailies will cover the 69th Venice Film Festival (August 29 – September 8, 2012):
 
·  “Variety” (the most famous entertainment-trade magazine in the world) will produce the Daily for the newborn Venice Film Market (headed by Pascal Diot) dedicated to film industry professionals, to be held from August 30 to September 3 and based on the first floor of he Excelsior Hotel on the Lido. The "bible of showbiz " (founded in 1905) will provide a day-by-day chronicle of the new Market focusing on all the films screened and the many initiatives organized, including special features and news on the international movie scene.
 
·  “Venezia News” (since 1996 the city-magazine and in-depth guide to the city’s cultural life and events) and “Film Tv” (for 20 years Italy’s only weekly film magazine, and a reference guide for movie buffs) will partner to publish the Festival Daily and provide the public and festival-goers with information and news, including the complete screening program of the 69th Venice Film Festival, films presentations, interviews, historical and thematic in-depth coverage, columns, recaps and trivia, bringing the Festival and the Lido alive by day and night.
 
 
The 69th Venice International Film Festival, directed by Alberto Barbera and organized by the Biennale di Venezia chaired by Paolo Baratta, will take place on the Lido from 29th August to 8th September 2012.
