The natural evolution of a course of choreographic research which began last year with 5 workshops held by 5 international artists – Reinhild Hoffman, Ismael ivo, Jacopo Godani, Ted Stoffer, Mi Na Yoo – this year Choreographic Collision becomes an experiment in production for four young choreographers, selected among the specialists of the past season. Cristine Sonia Baraga, Davide Manico, Eleonora Folegnani, Federicapaola Capecchi – these are the names – will be assisted by Ismael Ivo himself and by German choreographer Karl Schreiner in developing their own idea of beauty, with a group of six dancers and supported by a troupe of dance professionals: videomaker Lutz Gregor, dramaturgist Stefano Tomassini, musician Paki Zennaro.

Choreographic Collision this year intends not only to provide an opportunity for research, but a stimulus to confront one’s own personal creativity. The results of the workshop will in fact be presented as part of the dance program, in the spaces of Telecom Italia Future Centre.
