The Venice International Film Festival (28th August > 7th September 2013) allows people under 26 / over 60 who don’t work in the cinematographic sector to request a Promotional Pass. This pass allows admission to more than 200 screenings qualified as accessible by accredited visitors (“tutti gli accrediti”).
There are different Promotional Passes depending on the validity duration: 6 continuous days or for the entire period of the Festival (11 days). The screening schedule will be available on the website from mid-August and in the official programme which will be handed out with the badge.
Please note that access to the screening theatres is not allowed to those under the age of 18.
The Promotional Pass may be purchased either at the Movie Village ticket office, producing a valid ID card and a passport-size photo, or online.

Young festival-goers are also welcome at the Venice Film Festival: university students from all faculties, from Italy and abroad, may apply for Cinema accreditation.
This type of accreditation is valid for the 11 days of programming at the Festival and allows admission to more than 200 screenings qualified as accessible by accredited visitors (“tutti gli accrediti”).
