Film: Programme of short films

One Another (France, 2018, 8’) by Kevin Frilet
From the underground of Paris, a group of people emerge from the darkness. The bodies mingle and intermingle to form one.

Alignigung (France, 2016, 16’) by William Forsythe
The film brings together three work streams by intertwining two bodies to form what Forsythe likes to call “optical puzzles”.

Unspoken Spoken  (UK, 2018, 17’) by Fin Walker
The film is performed by a cast of disabled and non-disabled dancers. Some younger, some older, they ask us to explore our own boundaries.

OME (Mexico, 2019, 4’) by Camila Arroyo
The fim is a choreographic portrait of a Mexican dancer in Brooklyn, New York.

HUMANA (Chile, 2018, 5’) by Paulina Rutman
This is a dance film that imitates the body language of spiders and explores the idea of film editing as a primary tool for choreography.

Lil Buck at Fondation Louis Vuitton (France, UK, 2016, 4’) by Lil Buck
Lil Buck, the jookin dancer of Memphis, takes on masterpieces by Picasso and Matisse in a moving tour of the museum’s collection.
