A puppeteer is writing a commissioned play inspired by the miracles in the Gospel. The characters and props crowd the table: a hut with fishing tools by the lake, where inside, the famous Wizard Balaton is walled up with only a loaf of bread, a jug of water and his famous hard stone ring , a prison guard, an impenetrable reed thicket, a shantytown of curious and faithful people waiting for the miracle. Because the magician has sworn that he will disappear from that prison and reappear in body elsewhere. A big headache for the puppeteer struggling with technical problems, existential and professional doubts, trying to please the public with the happy ending of a successful miracle.
