Biennale Musica 2019

A cycle of Masterclasses to be held at the Arsenale from 11 to 17 November 2019. The Meeting will close with a concert at the Teatro Piccolo Arsenale (November 17th, 4:30 pm).

From 11 to 16 November, with a final concert on 17 November. Deadline for applications for the masterclass: 12 October 2019.

The Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement goes to George Benjamin (award ceremony on 27 September). Italian composer Matteo Franceschini gets the Silver Lion (award ceremony on 3 October).

From 27 September to 6 October 2019 the 63rd International Festival of Contemporary Music presents 16 events and 30 new performances.

The exhibition is open until 10 November in the spaces of the Biennale CIMM (Teatro del Parco Albanese, Bissuola), Mestre.

Selection of young singers (aged 35 or less) for the production of four short chamber operas.

Applications may be submitted exclusively from January 22nd to February 7th, 2019.
