Artist’s Practice

VIVA ARTE VIVA

Artist’s Practice is a series of short videos made by the artists selected for VIVA ARTE VIVA about themselves and their way of working. The videos are now online, giving you the opportunity to become familiar with the participating artists.
A permanent dedicated space has been created in the Padiglione Centrale of the Giardini and in Sale d’Armi at the Arsenale.

Open Table

Biennale Arte 2017

Artists are given the opportunity to be heard. Every week, during the six months of the exhibition, artists host an Open Table (Tavola Aperta) and meet visitors over a casual lunch to hold a lively conversation about their practice.
Two dedicated spaces host these events: the front of the Giardini’s Central Pavilion and the new Sale d’Armi in the Arsenale.
