MOVING THE CITY
Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23 May, from 2.00 p.m., the passengers on line 1 and 2 of ACTV boat will be "surprised" by performance by the dancers of the Arsenale della Danza: it is Moving is the City, designed by Ismael Ivo. The 8th International Festival of Contemporary Dance, Awakenings (8 > 24 June 2012). The Festival will also include master classes with some of the protagonists of the contemporary stage. 69TH VENICE FILM FESTIVAL
What's new at the 69th International Venice Film Festival, directed by Alberto Barbera: new foyer for the Palazzo del Cinema; Venice Film Market - a new service which will join the Industry Office; and Biennale College - Cinema, a workshop open to young filmmakers from around the world for the production of low-budget films. The new Regulations include a smaller number of films. The deadline for submitting a film will expire on 21 June 2012.
13TH INT. ARCHITECTURE EXHIBITION
The 13th International Architecture Exhibition, directed by David Chipperfield and titled Common Ground, will run in Venice from 29th August through 25th November 2012 (Preview on August 27th-28th). Regulations for Press Accreditation >>
