People with certified disabilities are eligible for a concession ticket € 18 (Stalls and Boxes) or € 8 (Gallery). Requests can be made by emailing booking@labiennale.org upon presentation of the relevant certification. If the documentation specifically states that a companion is required, they will receive free admission. Requests will be accepted based on availability of reserved seats.

Wheelchair users: The venues can accommodate a certain number of wheelchair users. Those requiring such a seat must email booking@labiennale.org, indicating whether they will be accompanied by a certified companion, up to 48 hours before the performance. The applicant will be able to purchase a concession ticket, while the companion will receive a complimentary ticket. Requests will be accepted based on availability of reserved seats.
