From 21 January to 29 April at the Cinema Rossini in Venice. Each film will be introduced with a presentation by an expert and followed by a Q&A session with the audience. Coming up next Riso amaro (1949) by Giuseppe De Santis (28 January, 7 pm).

The Golden Lion for Lifetime Achievement goes to the director Emma Dante; the Silver Lion goes to the Greek-Albanian director Mario Banushi.
