Katia-Marie Germain - Habiter

Between visual and performing art, Habiter develops a new way of thinking, where the taste for a painterly touch accompanies the analysis of human action, starting with an idea borrowed from La Ronde by visual artist Bettina Hoffmann. The use of immobility as a strategy of movement is the intention that gave rise to this precious pièce, a series of fixed-plane images conceived to appear and disappear. On the stage are two women, a table set for breakfast and a single light source used like a painter uses chiaroscuro.
