GENERAL RULES
Some performances are not suitable for a public under the age of 18. Please check out the programme before buying tickets.
Online ticket sales on www.labiennale.org; ticket office onsite opens one hour before the performance at the show venue. Ticket sales is possible only for the scheduled performance.
Entry will not be permitted once the performance has started. Tickets and subscriptions are not refundable.
Persons with a certified disability will benefit from a reduced ticket at the price of € 18, which can be purchased by sending a request to booking@labiennale.org or at the Infopoints (Giardini venue at Viale Trento 1260 and Arsenale at the Museo Storico Navale, Riva San Biasio 2148) upon presentation of the relevant certification.
Disabled persons in wheelchairs:
The theatres can accommodate a limited number of disabled persons in wheelchairs.
Applicants who require such a seat must send a request to booking@labiennale.org indicating the possible presence of a certified companion, up to 48 hours before the performance.
The applicant will be able to purchase a reduced-price ticket while the companion will be entitled to a free ticket.
Requests will be accepted based on the availability of reserved seats.

Free shuttle for the public at the end of performances:

The performance I mangiatori di patate by Romeo Castellucci takes place on the island of Lazzaretto Vecchio, which is not served by public transport. The audience can reach the venue exclusively via a free shuttle provided by La Biennale, departing from the Cornoldi stop – Riva degli Schiavoni.
Access to the shuttle will be granted only to those holding a valid ticket for the performance scheduled on that specific day and time.
It is recommended to arrive at the Cornoldi dock at least 15 minutes before the shuttle departure.
Tickets are neither changeable nor refundable. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrive on time and not miss the means of transport.

In agreement with Bauadvisor.it, a paid Dog Sitter and Dog Walker service is available and must be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
The service provided by Bauadvisor.it allows pet dog owners who intend to participate to a Biennale Teatro show to entrust their dog to the BAUADVISOR operators at the entrance of the Festival venues, on the date and at the established time until the end of the show, when it will be returned to the owner.
