The Workshop explores how mussels’ ecological benefits can reshape food systems in times of climate change. The project envisions aquaculture as a sustainable alternative to agriculture, by combining remote sensing, interactive design, recipes, and shell-based biomaterials. Proposed adaptive rituals for rising sea levels align ecology, culture, and technology.
