| Note: | Crafting your own world with your own hands to your heart’s content, then actually diving into the world with friends to play, that is one of the great appeals of the VR experience. At first glance, “A World Of My Own” is a world comprising several Victorian-style rooms. Each of these old-fashioned rooms such as the bedroom, library and kitchen is furnished with stately furniture, dresses and various ornaments, allowing you to imagine an elegant life there. However, as you explore the rooms, you may notice a few oddities. When that sense of the strangeness comes together, you will uncover the truth of the story. This world is an entry in 1MonthWorldWorks, a world-creation event organised by VRChat users. Participants create worlds from scratch within the limited timeframe of one month. It is one of the answers I arrived at after asking myself, “Why do I create worlds?” |
