Synopsis
The project was undertaken during a rough time for the creator in late 2024; it was an attempt to put the difficult words into shapes, sounds, and textures in a way that the creator has never done before. The world of vent. is crafted with emotion, not logic, forming a dream-like liminal journey through impossible architecture where the player is an afterthought. It was completed in the tight self- imposed deadline of 50 hours in a style the creator likes to call “emo brutalism”.
The player can take some time to sit and listen to the world around you, taking in both the expansive halls and the mundane dead ends to feel out one’s own meaning.
There are moments of peace even when things seem to be repeating themselves.
