Location of the exhibition space: near San Stae, the space is on the ground floor and consists of an area of about 400 sq.m, including 360 sq.m of garden with exclusive access and 40 sq.m divided into two rooms overlooking the garden, along with service facilities (possible expansion of the space for a total of 80 sq.m).
The spaces are currently accessible through a shared entrance, in progress the possibility of an independent access directly from the garden. The rooms have windows and the green area, inspired by the tradition of Venetian gardens, features a large lawn, lstrian stone benches along the walls, an elevated final section in trachyte with a central wellhead and two tall trees. Restoration of the green area, pathways, lighting and irrigation systems is planned in September 2025. The venue is suitable for hosting sculptures, outdoor installations, conferences, presentations, photo shoots.

How to get there / Transport of the works of art: Actv vaporetto line 1 (stop: San Stae) and/or Alilaguna Arancione line to/from Airport (stop: Riva San Biasio); transport of the artworks from Campo S. Stae or via the water gate on the Grand Canal.

Facilities: electrical system, heating system, restroom, wheelchair accessibility.
