GUIDED TOURS
Private guided tours for adult groups last approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes per exhibition venue. They are available in the following languages: Italian, English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, Polish, and LIS (Italian Sign Language). The maximum number of participants per guide is 25. Larger groups will be divided and assigned multiple guides.
To benefit from the reduced ticket price of €20 (VAT included), groups must consist of a minimum of 10 adults. This ticket allows for a single visit to both exhibition venues, which may be used on different days. One complimentary ticket is provided for each companion accompanying a person with a certified disability.
Guided tours include an introduction to the 61st International Art Exhibition, In Minor Keys by Koyo Kouoh, a visit to the Central Pavilion at the Giardini or the Corderie and the first room of the Artiglierie at the Arsenale, and a brief introduction to the National Participations before continuing the visit independently. It is possible to book a tour of a selection of National Participations, request a personalised itinerary, or book lectures on specific topics (the theme of the Exhibition, format and venues, history of La Biennale di Venezia, etc.), as well as specific thematic in-depth studies. Rates may vary depending on the duration of the requested activity.
Dedicated, tailor-made guided tours for families (adults with children or teenagers) are also available. These involve partially interactive activities focusing on selected themes and works from the Exhibition.
During the Dance, Music, and Theatre Festivals, it is possible to combine a guided tour booking with attendance at one of the scheduled performances.
