Seat reservation

Seat reservation is required for the public and for pass holders.

To reserve a seat for a screening it is necessary to register at https://labiennale.boxol.it/BiennaleCinemaAccreditati by creating your own account and associating your accreditation badge number to it. Once registered, the system will recognise your users for subsequent access to the site.

Reservations for screenings will be available from 74 hours prior to the screening time and will be enabled according to the type of accreditation.

Settimana Internazionale della Critica

The Venice International Film Critics’ Week is an independent and parallel section of the Venice International Film Festival organized by the Union of Italian Film Critics (SNCCI). The programme includes a selection of seven debut films in competition and two special events out of competition.

Giornate degli Autori

Giornate degli Autori is an independent sidebar of the Venice International Film Festival, modeled on the prestigious ‘Directors' Fortnight' of the Cannes Festival and promoted by the associations of Italian film directors and authors (ANAC and 100autori).
The aim of the event is to draw attention to high quality cinema, without any kind of restriction, with special care for innovation, research, originality and independence. These are all features of the 12 films selected as well as being reflected in the special events held during the Days in the Villa degli Autori.
