Location of the exhibition space: an independent artist residency located in the heart of Pellestrina island, within the Venetian Lagoon, adjacent to the historic local rowing club and directly overlooking the water. The property is a late 18th-century manor house of approximately 200 sq.m, arranged over three levels and conceived as a space dedicated to artistic production, research, and exhibition. The ground floor features the traditional Venetian central hall (portego), ideal for exhibitions, presentations, and cultural events, alongside a habitable studio space, a living room with fireplace, and a fully equipped kitchen. The upper floor includes an additional, more intimate exhibition space, as well as accommodation areas that can host artists participating in residency programs. The property is completed by a private garden suitable for outdoor installations and sculptures, offering open views over the lagoon and the sea, as well as a private dock with boat mooring.
How to get there / Transport of the works of art: Actv vaporetto, lines 1, 2, 5.1, 5.2, 6, 10, and 14 to Venice Lido; then from Lido bus n. 11 departing from S.M.E. Santa Maria Elisabetta. The space is currently not accessible to guests with reduced mobility or wheelchair users.
