In Turin, the first Community Land Trust in Italy is currently being developed — a model that, by separating land ownership from housing ownership and adopting a collective governance system, ensures long-term, dignified housing for low-income families while countering gentrification. In this space, we will engage with third-sector organizations, activists, and the research community to explore the future potential of this model in Italy.
