Nevatars

Aya, an aspiring artist obsessed with perfection, hides the quirky, deeply personal creations that reflect her true artistic voice inside a forgotten folder called “Nevatars.” But when her newest “perfect” character is accidentally dropped into that hidden world of discarded digital no-hopers, an unlikely escape mission forces Aya to confront the parts of herself she almost abandoned forever.

Nearly every artist’s hard drive is a graveyard. Forgotten folders filled with abandoned sketches, intricate worlds, and characters that never saw the light of day. NEVATARS began with a question: what happens to them? To all the characters that never get shared? For every icon seared into the public consciousness, countless creations languish in digital limbo.
NEVATARS is a story told in mixed reality, where forgotten creatures can ask to be remembered. We made this film at a moment when creating images has never been easier. Yet the works that move us aren’t defined by technical perfection but by the unmistakable presence of the people who made them. The rough edges. The unexpected choices. The fingerprints no one else could leave behind.
This film carries hundreds of them—left by artists, animators, engineers, and performers, who brought timeless craft to a medium that returns stories to the room. NEVATARS is a celebration of those fingerprints, a love letter to anyone who’s ever hidden away a piece of themselves because it felt too strange, too unfinished, or simply not enough. The most meaningful things we create are rarely perfect. They’re the ones that could only have come from us.
