Data Centres and the City examines the integration of data centres within urban environments, proposing their transformation from isolated infrastructure into community assets. The installation centres on a large physical model constructed from repurposed architectural elements, demonstrating circularity both in content and form. Dynamic integrated light systems illustrate resource flows between data centres and community facilities. Technical illustrations, video installations of community perspectives, and statistical projections explore practical strategies for infrastructure integration while addressing the balance between digital growth and environmental responsibility.
