Model Apartment is a CLT-based building exemplifying regenerative principles as a living lab. Operated under the Housing-as-a-Service model, it blurs the boundary between reality and fiction, integrating exhibition spaces, design labs, and apartment units with smart technologies like companion robots to co-create regenerative housing models.
