Wetland Enmeshments examines the tension between wetlands, local communities, and digital infrastructure in Quilicura, Chile. As data centres expand, threatening ecosystems, consultation and intervention methods are needed to address community concerns like water scarcity and pollution, while navigating pressures from governing bodies responding to AI’s growing infrastructural demands.
