Italy’s first Community Land Trust, in Torino’s Aurora district, offers affordable housing for low-income families while removing property from the speculative real estate market and promoting collective ownership. The building, a refurbished historic early twentieth-century palace, will host sixteen apartments and shared spaces for residents and neighbours.
