The image of water in the city has been lost. Design has the power to restore it. Bicentenario Park in Ecatepec, Mexico, is a soft water management infrastructure that relies on the sloped ground to regulate rain flow and naturally recharge the aquifer. Stepped terraces control erosion and mitigate floods while accommodating spaces for program.
