Gumball Dreams

You have been called by an alien creature named Onyx to a mythical planet on which they are living out their final days. You, and two others, are asked to help them transition from this reality to the next. But before Onyx can lay infinite wisdom at your feet, the weight of your spirit must be assessed. If found ready; you shall embark upon the journey of a lifetime, skipping among the stars, floating above the spheres, and remembering who you are.

Gumball Dreams was born out of Gumball Lounge, the existing world created by Screaming Color (Christopher Lane Davis). The journey and stunning beauty of this world made the story of Onyx seem to just magically fall into place, a story about transition and our need for human connection. Placing audiences in alien avatars within a fantastical space allows those who participate to step outside of themselves and see their lives from a larger landscape. Hidden within the disguise of play, we allow opportunities for a deeper personal connection and to reflect upon our lives by sharing with one whose existence as we know it is ending. It is a joyful experience, full of magic and wonder, but rooted in a foundation of love.
