Laguna is a former textile factory located in Mexico City, that has been transformed into a vibrant “factory of factories” with a strong sustainable agenda. The slow-growth reconversion strategy is designed to be implemented over the course of several years, with a fluctuating group of tenants using the complex simultaneously.
