The analogy of the city as a life form is surely not new, having been explored by the likes of Patrick Geddes, Frank Lloyd Wright, Le Corbusier, Marcel Poëte, Kevin Lynch, and Giancarlo De Carlo, among others. But it has still a great power in today’s time of global warming and climate change.
