Out of the Cave explores how food, culture, environment, and sustainability are interconnected. While science reveals that our ancestors adapted by diversifying food sources, modern industrial food systems distance us from nature, overexploiting resources and threatening biodiversity. Rethinking the past might be essential for our future survival.
