Plants make up 90% of the Earth’s biomass. Along with bacteria and fungi, they provide the ecosystems essential to life itself. Plants are able to adapt and persevere through their capacity for communication, sensation, networks, and collaboration. How can recent research into plant intelligence change our way of thinking about the environment?
