President Pietrangelo Buttafuoco receives the medal Nairamdal (Frienship) of Mongolia

On the occasion of the presence of the Mongolian Pavilion at the 61st International Art Exhibition of La Biennale di Venezia, today, May 8, 2026, the Minister of Culture, Sport, Tourism, and Youth of Mongolia, Aldarjavkhlan Jukov, by decree of the President of Mongolia, Khurelsukh Ukhnaa, awarded the Nairamdal (Friendship) Medal to the President of La Biennale, Pietrangelo Buttafuoco, “in recognition of his significant contribution to the strengthening and developing the friendly relations and cooperation between Mongolia and the Italian Republic”.

With the exhibition Entanglements: Connectivities Across Borders (Squero Castello, Salizada Streta 368), Mongolia, which first participated in 2015, is marking its sixth appeareance at the Biennale Arte.
