Biennale College Teatro / Athos Mion - Orge per George

Description
The play is about a boy who goes to an orgy to find George, the love of his life. This orgy is constructed through a series of juxtaposed scenes, in which the protagonist will come face to face with drugs, perversions, animals, female friends, enemies, lovers, a bit of advice, suffering and awareness. There is an underground world of places, situations and words that escapes our shared narrative. Once you step outside a pre-existing story, you’re confronted with the difficulty of constructing one yourself.
Thus, on his journey, our hero goes through a process that not only changes his status, but questions the very notion of status. The problem is no longer the dichotomy of every choice but querying the question that underpins it: why do I have to choose? The aim is to deconstruct the narrative by starting from the desires, perversions, wounds, complexes and bodies of those telling the story.
