The growing demand for natural resources threatens economic, social, and ecological balance, with the construction sector being a major contributor. Mapping the availability of resources within urban areas could transform cities into regenerative warehouses, significantly reducing the need for new materials and fostering a more sustainable approach to construction. Resourceful Intelligence highlights strategies to reduce resource waste through two renovation projects in Milan that utilise selective deconstruction and material substitution, recovering reusable resources for new purposes. The installation features two large walls that display salvaged and renewed glass and clinker tiles.
