Tracing the Voids: Adapting the Ordinary traces the absences and gaps between a decades-old house and trees, as well as their canopies and roots. By allowing the voids to shape the architectural forms of the vaults and arches, the design accommodates uncertainty, negotiates absences, and transforms the ordinary by connecting to its environments and temporal shifts.
