Biennale College Musica 2022
Performers of works by Georges Aperghis

The workshop is dedicated to young sopranos, clarinettists, harpists and percussionists interested in the chamber music repertoire of theatrical pieces created by Georges Aperghis.

The selected performers will present their interpretations within the Biennale Musica (14-25 September 2022).

The workshop will consist in different stages. During the stages of the workshops the participants will learn techniques connected to music theatre performance, the use and control of their voices and performative movements.

The first stage will be focused on the analysis of the different scores by Aperghis to be performed and the practice of the different performative aspects. Following stages will be dedicated to the rehearsals and production of the concert.

The Biennale College Musica team will be in contact with each performer throughout the whole process of creation of the concert (from March to September 2022) and will be available for suggestions and revisions.
