Synopsis

A handful of witches, vampires and daemons live unseen amongst humans. Teresa Palmer is brilliant academic Diana Bishop, a reluctant witch. Matthew Goode is geneticist Matthew Clairmont, a vampire. The VR invites participants to embody both Matthew and Diana’s story. You’ll discover other worldly powers you can control and others that dramatically control you and you’ll experience the first, highly charged meeting between the two.

Director’s Statement

A Discovery of Witches is a unique exploration of embodied narrative. I believe it’s the first time a participant has been able to step into a scene while inhabiting the body of a TV actor. In this piece we have woven multiple character experiences to create a single narrative arc, exploring the relationship between identity and experience.
