On the Other Earth is a new, post-cinematic choreographic installation inspired by Wayne McGregor’s latest live stage work DEEPSTARIA that refracts, evolves and reimagines the work’s conceptual DNA into a startingly original new form of experience.
Founded in 2021 by Courtney Deyn and Jacob Samuel, the duo Bullyache choreograph, direct and compose original works that merge live music, avant-garde dance-theatre and pop culture spectacle.
The two pieces are part of the Numerical Series that has toured all over the world, in more than 40 countries and at over 100 festivals. The titles of the pieces refer to the number of dancers onstage.
