Sinossi
Quando il sole si stanca della razza umana, decide di nascondersi e non sorgere mai più.
Allora le tenebre richiamano in vita i morti dalle loro tombe. Un giovane zombi chiamato Gloomy e una ragazza mortale di nome Nena si innamorano e costruiscono un legame così profondo che nemmeno l’uomo più potente della città può distruggere.
Commento dei registi
Gloomy Eyes non intende essere un film di zombi. Siamo molto lontani dal mondo di The Walking Dead o The Night of the Living Dead. Gloomy Eyes è più strettamente imparentato con The Nightmare Before Christmas, o perfino Zombillenium, perché è soprattutto una storia d’amore e un racconto magico. Gloomy Eyes è una sfida a più livelli: utilizzare i device scenografici specifici della realtà virtuale giocando con il concetto di scala.
